Currently in the manga, Yamai gets better. Or maybe I’ve been desensitized. But she does settles down a wee bit; she also gets some character development and new friends. But she’s very tsundere to them

The gimic behind the show was that there were 24 episodes and each episode represented 1 hour in the day, with each season covering 1 full day. They used the clock at the beginning and ending of each episode and before and after ad breaks.
