Like they said in the first episode, the school is filled with weird, unique students so their personalities are all over the place. Some of the characters need some time to get used to, like Agari and the next 'friend' we focus on. Also remember to always check for post-cred scenes, there's several episodes that have them. It's good though that the EDs are great, especially ED2, so you can just wait for it :)
