You will have 2 countering ideologies. One saying that talent should be pursued, regardless of happiness (without Mozart, our music would look a bit different) and one saying that happiness is all that matters. Both are flawed of course, situation is a bit more complex. Although I would say that unlike Mozart, who's talent was creative, talent to "kill people" isn't that necessary for benefit of society as a whole. I'm not even making an ethical or moral argument, but even without it it's hard to see benefits of "more beautiful killing" to society. Obviously personally I'm in "Let Chisato do what she wants" club.
