Hooooo, just catching up on this and that ending hit hard as a guy who always wanted love but has since been hurt too many times even from very long relationships... the "what would I even wish for? I don't even know" was a lot for me. I gotta admit I wonder that a lot nowadays. The thing I want most is the thing I know will hurt the most and having to find something safer in life is a hard thing to find. And there's your old man monologue for the day.
