What's up everyone?

I'm affraid I bring you guys a bit of bad news today, both for you and me.

Yesterday we had a strong thunderstorm where I live and a lightning stuck just next to our house, at our neighbor's backyard. The surge was so strong that I got zapped because I was touching the wall when it happened.

It also hit a power cable when it struck and we had no power for around 6 hours. When power came back I tried booting up my PC and guess what? Yep... Old thing didn't even booted up.

After inspection, I verified that the power supply got fucked due to the sudden power surge and the motherboard got fried (I guess due to the ligthning's static).

Thing is, my computer is somewhat old (it's a 4th gen intel CPU) and, if I am to replace the motherboard, I'll also have to replace the CPU and memory.

I was meaning to do an upgrade on my hardwar for some time now, I just didn't want it to be like that, all of a sudden.

I did some price research and everything will be around 900 dollars to buy. I already got the money problem somewhat solved, but as today is a holiday in Brazil, banks aren't open to do the transfers and all that.

So yeah... I guess I'll be able to buy the new hardware only tomorrow and then, I'll have to wait until it gets delivered, (even if I buy them in my city, which I'm not doing because it'll be too expensive) and that will take roughly a week.

I guess until then all the work on The Inn will be on a short hold. Also, I won't be able to update the patrons lists for the login feature because I won't have access to my computer in the meantime, meaning this month's beta version will be delayed at best or skipped at worst case scenario.

So if you pledge to me during this time, bear in mind that you won't be able to use the online features for a while.

I'm really sorry to put you guys through this, but there's nothing I could do about it.
