September Update! A message to you guys.

Hello hello! A new month is upon us!

It's been a long journey (3 years and 3 months!) and I'd like to again thank everyone who is supporting me. Words can NOT express how grateful I am to have everyone's support, and how lucky I am for it.

However, I would like to apologize again for what has ended up being quite a rough year for me in terms of art and my creative output. A single month off in March has turned into a 6 month struggle for me to try and get joy out of drawing again. I've made big steps! I'm on new meds that have helped my entire mental well-being, I've done a lot of self-assessment and rethinking how I handle this as a job. And I'm in a much better place than I was back in March, thankfully. But it's obviously taken quite a lot more time than I anticipated, and I'm still not back to 100%.

My art output is lacking, especially with personal work and art I draw for myself, just for the fun of it. I'm still wrestling with this being both a hobby I do for enjoyment and a job that requires me to hit deadlines and draw things to other people's specifications. It's hard, but it's what I signed up for, and I don't intend on giving up!

Thank you all for being so patient with me. From the bottom of my heart. It's been a rough year but I'm still so grateful and lucky that this is what I get to do for a living.
