Personally I think the 1st skintone is closer but either is good. A very good likeness to her as usual but there are just a few ways I would improve her. The main area I would change is her jaw-line. The corner of her jaw is higher up as well as the jaw being narrower and almost pointier into the chin. Minor tweaks to the nose shape, eye shape and eyebrow shape as well. Really great so far though :)
