You bring up a good point; he has all but dropped the other comic. Technically speaking the second comic was the $1000/month milestone goal. Not that I'm complaining of course, I do prefer the sketches. Going forward it would be nice if the goals could reflect how things have evolved over time. We are currently $166.67 away from the second milestone which only references the second comic in it's description...

About other BE stories: sure, I appreciate various stories and comics, both BE and non-BE. I just don't try to speculate about them as much. I mean: if author have not developed deep yet logical world for us to uncover the what will be the point of trying to uncover it? You'll just discover discrepancies and mistakes author left behind, this will not make anyone happy. About “I would be okay if zdemain didn't offer to work on a separate comic and instead gave us more LBSM content″: de-facto it's exactly what happened. Second comic was kinda replaced by sketches—last page was published 1½ months ago. I'm not complaining, though: that secondary comic was too short, I've had no time to become accustomed to it.

Khimru

I truly appreciate the level of detail. It was definitely one of the deciding factors that compelled me to support him here. I wouldn't go as far as to say my tastes are too highbrow for the common BE story but zdemian definitely hit an awesome balance between a compelling story and women of outrageous proportion. I wholeheartedly agree with you about the ama style sketches. As much as I would love to get more detail I can see why zdemian would choose to keep the plot moving instead of stalling to find out more background information. It's for this reason that I would be okay if zdemain didn't offer to work on a separate comic and instead gave us more LBSM content. I can understand why that may not be desirable for him but as a simple consumer of this intriguing story can you blame me?

It's really funny, if you'll think about it: Zdemian planned his story to such a minutiae details that even bra sizes make some sense (contrast that with advertised bra sizes of “exotic dancers” of our world which just combine some random numbers and letters to create good-sounding sequences). That's what I like about LBSM: it combines pleasant characters, non-trivial story and rich, non-trivial yet coherent world which serves as a background for the story. May be not as deep and rich as J.R.R. Tolkien's or Robert Jordan's creations but much, MUCH deeper than typical “huge boobs” story. As for sketches… Yeah, sketches spiced up things recently. I have love/hate relationship with them: on one hand they help us to understand the story and world of LBSM better. On the other hand they are sooo… small. I understand that I'm supposed to take a look on a Than in a bath and realize that since that's an answer to question “what was Than Dall doing when she noticed she was too big to move around by herself?″ it means that she probably tried to leave her bath shortly after that scene, was unable to and was forced to ask Annabel (or someone else?) to help her, then she either contacted Atlas or may be just asked the guy who become CEO of Altas to help her (we don't know how Atlas was started, after all—was it an established corporation when Than contacted them or have Than helped to found it?), etc. Large separate story is implied by that small picture and I so want to see it drawn… The same with Sadie's picture, Let's Scorch Some Muscle Vol. 4 and so on… But this will mean that main storyline will be stalled for a month or two thus we are stuck with that small “sampler″.

Khimru

Thank you so much Khimru! I can now be counted among those who understand impossible bra size measurements! Regarding "Red Kay" I agree however I remember that we got a say in the Christmas sketches and continue to look forward to them.

Crake

I don't know what Zdemian planned here, but to me it looks like the natural continuation of “normal” 32B or 30D sizes where letter means “difference between band size and over-the-bust measurement”. It'll not work if busts are as large as in case of Alexis, Than, or even Amelia (letters only go up to “Z”). That's where “level” comes in. Then “level five + M” will mean “difference between band size and over-the-bust measurement is five heights of the woman(level five) plus 13″ (letter M)”. And yeah, Merry Christmas… Funny that Zdemian decided to only publish “Red Kay” on deviantart and not on patreon…

Khimru

I follow you as far as the bust/height ratio. The decimal it produced in the case of Than is 9.701492537313433 (650/67) which is where the level 9 comes from I assume. The last piece of the puzzle for me is how does this produce the N? Thanks for your help Khimru, I enjoy the conversation your comments encourage here. If you're of the western cultural persuasion, Merry Christmas!

Crake

There are two datapoints: Alexis ( as shown at http://goo.gl/1S7sjN ) and Tha (as you've noted before). Alexis bra was marked as “30-LV-M (360)” while Than's was “32-LIX-M (650)”. My best guess is that it's Plato Voltaire-inspired system. LV-M means “Level five + M” while LIX means “Level nine + N” where “Level five” or “Level nine” refers to “BH ratio” (bust/height ratio). It'll work if Alexis height is ≈5′3″ and Than's height is ≈5′7″ which looks plausible.

Khimru

I loved that frame so damn much. Bras peeking out of undersized clothes is one of my favorite tropes in expansion art. Would be great to see the other ladies in their "favorite shirt"s too; like the swimsuite compilation.

Geistsieg

32-LIX-N (650) is Than's bra size according to zdemian's work titled "Subtle Advertising" (see his deviant art page). Seeing Amelia's bra has reminded me of the aforementioned picture and more specifically my ignorance regarding their sizing. I must admit I can't remember or find if zdemian himself or someone knowledgeable like Khimru explained the sizing already however I figured that I'd ask so we can all know. Now I understand that 32 is her band size and 650 is her bust size but I couldn't find mention of what the middle 2 measures indicate. LIX is (as far as I can tell) the roman numeral for 59 and one can guess that the N is likely meant to represent 14 but I'm at a loss as to what they refer to. It's likely that I'm missing something obvious so if anyone here knows the answer you'll have my(and maybe someone other people's) gratitude!

Honestly, I think the uniform would suit more to being a sort of attendant to a themed club, or like one of those girls that would pass out items in a theatre. I prefer to wait and see, but it seems to invoke a sort of uniform for an usher. I can only guess that she may be working for as an attendant for a touring company that projects a sort of "Pullman Railcar" aesthetic.

Mason Dunne

Uniform legs are most definitely puffy which hides size of her hips. They could be somewhat bigger, too, because they need to support more meat now (at least when bra is not used), but it's hard to say for sure.

Khimru

Is it the uniform or do her hips look wider too?

Shadowglytch

Most likely to about 160″ or maybe 200″. Alexis, when he was kidnapped, used bra with six heavy-duty antigravity pads which were designed to lift her ≈12000lbs breasts. That bra, most likely, employs somewhat smaller pad which puts it's lifting ability somewhere in 500lbs or 1000lbs ballpark. 500lbs is achieved at about 160″, 1000lbs at about 200″.

Khimru

There are no requirement for uniform to be ugly. Indeed, SpacePub outfit (on previous page), most likely, was an uniform, too. And “business which takes itself seriously” by imposing awful uniforms on workers with 100″ busts… I'm out of ideas. “Serious, conservative business” (with ugly uniforms designed couple of centuries ago) I can understand. 100″ busts… such requirement looks kinda stange, but Ok, could make sense in certain circumstances. But TOGETHER? WTF goes on here?

Khimru

It's a UNIFORM. And considering what we've seen of the place so far, one for a business that takes itself seriously despite the ludicrous bust sizes.

Galka30

...the blazes is going on though? Also this has been a good cross reference of sizes, helps puts things in perspective.

Galka30

If 100 inches is the minimum...probably a lot bigger.

Galka30

One has to wonder... How big does this bra go??

Bronn

What is this magnificient place where all the women walking around look like this??

Bronn

Well, currently clothes are designed to tolerate small differences in body shape, if clothes are sewn by exact measures then it makes it possible to use more risque designs as MrGoggs have noted even. But well, if design is SUPPOSED to be ugly and/or mundane looking then it works, too. Changes in design are arriving slowly. Hundred years after lightbulb introduction new chandeliers were produced which have put lightbulbs on top. It's illogical and pointless (because most of light is then lost, especially with newer LED lamps) but since it was traditional design of chandeliers for candles… yeah people are strange creatures—they could embrace some changes quickly yet resist some other changes for years.

Khimru

AFAICS there are no discernable details to observe. Apparently Zdemian decided to avoid discussion like the old one ( http://goo.gl/h3fTM6 ).

Khimru

SpacePub uniform will be a great example, sure, but it apparently was uniform from Amelia's previous place, not this new one. The uniform here… I guess they could have designed something even worse… but it would have been not so easy.

Khimru

You're giving too much credit to the auto-tailor. Think of it more like print on demand a la e-junkie for clothes. Similar has probably been around-- making clothes in set sizes on demand; the current version shown here will do some modification for non-standard physiques. The actual clothes design is still from some other source. Also, ugly and/or mundane has its uses.

zdemian

Anyone else scoping the detail on that nametag? I am slightly awed.

ProfessorGoggles

The SpacePub uniform on the last page? That thing would be either hideously uncomfortable or very fragile if made with traditional materials.

ProfessorGoggles

I know, right?

ProfessorGoggles

Good lord what a transformation!!!

Bronn

Indeed. It's also 1. Somewhat ugly. 2. Mundane. About #2: women's wear changed over time as various technical advances were introduced. Kotex made trousers feasible and Nylon gave us ubiquitous stockings yet advent of Auto-Tailor have changed nothing at all? That's kind of strange…

Khimru

Her uniform is almost reminiscent of a Bell Hope or Lobby Boy.

Mason Dunne

This is shaping up rather well ^^ Pun intended and not intended xD

ChamberSuit

I reallllly love the reflection done in the shower tiles, a very nice touch! XD

Emperorbassexe

Amelia sure is cute… but we still have no idea what's the hell goes on here… and why she needed these 100″ breasts.

Khimru

lmao favorite shirt
