Great reaction, this was such a good episode with a lot of things slowly coming to light! The king's brother saying My Lady was just a rough translation of an actual korean title. Like when Queen dowager says My Queen, it doesn't necessarily mean MY queen, I think that's just how the translators could translate titles.
