Its a challenge on my body which is not used to it but I'm actually really loving how it makes me feel. I feel good about taking care of my body better and getting stronger. I have also changed my diet to a low carb high good fat diet as I just recently got diagnosed with prediabetes and its the diet which seems to help people reverse it. All the best to us all π
