Imagine All for One in the before/beginning when quirks started appearing but back than he was an Otaku and wanted to be strong, perhaps he saw a demon lord as being strong and that is basically been his goal most of his life to become a demon lord because i dunno he was bullied perhaps. I swear Fleet Admiral Akainu and AFO, are two villains who needs a really good backstory for sympathy

Also they got to have heros out on the streets protecting from the people who away.All for one is the only person who done that prison break and thought he was lock up. Basically there forces were spread thin so it couldn't be helped.

I'm sorry about that but next time I keep it in myself.
