I'm not an expert on culture or anything but my guess would be that there aren't any countries that are defined by any one thing from beginning to end but rather go through certain eras where they could be defined by that (in this case, art). Napoleonic France was much different compared to the France of the Belle Époque for instance. My random 2 cents. Great reaction as always, fellas!
