He needs to know he is headed in the right direction and he needs to know about key moments in the future so he can change things (Draken death). If he just stays in the timeline he might end up with a bad future that is irreversible.

He was in both big brawls in season 1 but otherwise didn’t get much screen time so it’s understandable that a lot of folks don’t remember him. Can’t wait to see what his deal is though and why he’s grouped with the ex Black Dragon members even though he was with Toman since last season.

2023-01-08 17:47:49 +0000 UTCI don't know if the comparison you made Lee at the end at 35:20 was with Summertime render but, contrary to Shinpei, Takemichi doesn't go back in the past 1 or 3 days ago and loop infinitely (or almost) but jump from past to future 12 years before or after... It takes a lot more time to adapt. Of course he is not as analytical as Shinpei but he has lot to catch on before he goes back or make a move in the future
