$10+: outfit (full state)
$30+: outfit (full state + malfunctioned state/more details)

For the outfits that didn't win, I may still make them but they won't be included in monthly outfits (i.e. available as outfit request).
Also, all rewards (models) and thank-you letters (for long-term support) are sent!
