We caught up at our local park, close to the Richmond clinic on Wednesday this week. It's been a while since a group of us trained together due to tough lockdown restrictions in Melbourne, so we were all pumped to feed off each others energy and have an awesome session.
This session focussed on sprints and intense repeat effort exercises that can translate over to sports specific situations. It's a bloody tough yet amazing way to train the body.
