Even with Igris, he had to convince him before he was extracted. However, those he overwhelming defeats usually can be extracted first go. Also, don’t forget he couldn’t extract any of the demons in the demon castle. Even though he leveled up and climbed 75 floors he wasn’t able to use any of the increased abilities he gained. Extracting Tusk and his army was child’s play.
