Yugi is fine either sub or dub in this version now in the 1998 original yugioh which Toei did, I Megumi Ogata was 50/50. Phenomenal voice actress but regular yugi...nah BUT her "Yami yugi" was excellent to me. I was used to her voice though because i liked her version of Shuichi(kurama) from yuyu hakusho. Pegasus is fine either way BUT his sub is funny due to him randomly saying certain words in English especially when he cusses.

As a person who's not Nostalgic about many things if any, I personally can't relate because as I've stated i watched this series day 1 back in September of 01 on kids WB. The reason why I'm campaigning for them to watch it sub is because it's way more faithful to the manga(for the most part minus a few notable characters that Takahashi killed in the manga) rather than this. 4kids took a PG13 series and made it PG which I'm not cool with. Like I said before, the battle city arc in English is where i knew the dub was censoring things Ala the Duel between Yugi and Pandora(Arcana in dub) and the actual stakes of the tag duel on the skyscraper. 4kids were treating people like they're stupid which I don't like. I'm glad they went bankrupt and don't exist anymore.

Example the dudes who pulled up on kaiba were holding guns at kaiba not point their fingers at him. It gets worse as the series goes on. The English voice cast is good for the most part minus jonouchi(joey) and Bakura. WTF does 1 Japanese teenager have a Brooklyn accent and the other had a British accent?

Wellz, I know you see these comments and those of us that have read the manga and/or watched this series in both dub AND sub know the sub is closer to the original story and intent. As I said yesterday, this is NOT a series done by Viz or Funimation so subbed is the ideal version for this series. Trying to help yall out bro
