2024-09-24 14:20:07 +0000 UTCThis is one of the few things I hated about this arc, neither Mavis nor Zeref never learned the truth that August was their son. I’d still like to know how that happened since Mavis died the moment Zeref kissed her for the first time. Either Mavis omitted a slight detail in her story because she was embarrassed or Zeref has a thing for dead bodies. Despite that though, I wish Mavis did get a glimpse of little August and all of his memories went straight into her so she could know the truth and she could share it with Zeref. I can just imagine how upset she would be to learn she had a child and never knew it. That is just really sad. Personally I blame Precht, he should’ve raised the child in the guild. Well I’ve read a bit of the 100 year Quest manga and… nah too spoliery.
