Where as in the manga we see multiple lightning just ripping through the sky. Also greenbull was shown heavily affected by it in the panel than in the anime. Also shanks face looked off in the anime. The music was lack luster and overall didn’t come off as epic than when a lot of us read it

He definitely has potential but when you see the top people of OP he's just not on that level yet. Plus you're right in saying that there are levels within the admirals but I don't think the difference is that great between the OGs and the new ones. Greenbull might be the weakest though.

To have a character with 2 df and not be one of the strongest is wild Also, I don't think all admirals are equal, id say the newer admirals (GB, Fuji) don't seem to compare to the OG's. And they do fear him off strength alone or because of gov ties 👀
