Also, the part in the beginning is a whole different dimension, not the future. The guy said that in most dimensions that Mark and Omni man actually team up and take over earth.

2023-11-04 00:09:44 +0000 UTCI think Jerry is way off. If the viltrumites sent one of their own to finish the job, he wouldn't just go undercover like this. They would come in and immediately wreck shit. The only reason Omni man didn't do that as quickly was because he was waiting for his son to be of age and see if he had powers so they could conquer together. Viltrum would just send one (Or maybe a few since sending one didn't work the first time) of their established soldiers to quickly get Earth to submit, not go through some elaborate undercover plot. Also Cecil's crew is constantly monitoring if anyone is coming from out of space, which is why they were able to detect the one eyed guy and sent Invincible to deal with him at the end of last season. They would know if Viltrum sent one of their guys to Earth.
