Technical Update - Build 0.16b Now Available for PC/Mac (NSFW)

Hi all!
I've released a technical update for the latest build, which fixes a bug found at the end of one particular branch, updates the UI for the Gallery, and deploys a workable music room. Currently, this is only applicable to the PC and Mac builds (Android, as always, takes a lot of additional work).
I've also updated the links on the original announcement post. I will add MediaFire links as soon as I can.

Great question and sadly I do not. Android coding is finicky and requires a lot of additional testing due to the smaller screens. Complicating matters further, I have two entirely separate copies of BBN (one for Mac and PC, the other for Android). I now know I didn't have to do it that way but, when I started, because Android code is so picky, I thought it would be the best way to keep things organized. Instead, as BBN has evolved, it's made it quite difficult to ensure the right parts of the code are copied over without breaking what's already there. I'm hopeful, though, when I have a weekend to sit down and focus on it, I'll be able to get it integrated. But it requires a lot of concentration and not something I can just poke at a couple hours a night. This particular version though is just the gallery and music room, though, and does not have any new story-related content. Don't know if that helps, but just wanted to be clear on it.

2024-10-21 20:05:19 +0000 UTCThat's helpful. What you're identifying then is an issue with the Explicit sounds (i.e., sex) rather than sound effects. More recent scenes do not have any explicit audio; it's a lot of work getting that to line up and apparently a lot of folks mute it anyway. As for the delay, if you can give me an example of a specific scene where that's happening, I can take a look.

2024-10-21 19:06:25 +0000 UTCAll the test work but when I go to the actual story and when it goes to the sex scenes it’s completely quiet. But I’ve noticed all of a sudden I’ll get sex sounds way after the scene is over and I’m past it and into a new chapter in dialogue

2024-10-21 19:01:35 +0000 UTCStrange. It's working fine for me. Try going to options, mute the music (turn it down all the way), ensure Sound is turned all the way, and press "Test" -- you should hear a heart beat.
