I’m so happy you met that person that made you realize you were broadcasting the wrong frequency. It took me a long time to realize that if we look around and don’t like the reaction we are getting then we need to do something to change the frequency we’re projecting into the world. We definitely get back what we project

2025-08-05 13:50:14 +0000 UTCThis was a really amazing chat Anne. "Funny" thing about fear, is that you need fear in order to be brave and do the thing that lets you grow. The real trick as you said, is not to let fear dominate your life and take over. It is also interesting to hear the change you experienced by not having the "dont talk to me ever" energy. I used to struggle with not really being able to meet people too, and it had a serious impact on my sence of self worth. I became convinced no one ever liked me, so I built a shell around myself. It took meeting a wonderful woman, my best friend now, and feeling the affection she had for me, to set me on the path on sending the vibes that I actually wasn't an angry dude.

2025-08-05 02:45:35 +0000 UTCAt an all boys Boarding School I attended for six years I learned to be a smart arse, and I got very good at it, and practiced it for many years, until I gradually decided to turn this into kindness, now I practice as much kindness in my day as I possibly can, the thing is I just keep getting it back, call it luck, or the universe, my generosity and kindness just works for me.
