I had actually started a pic similar to the concept so I kind of met halfway. It isn't identical to the suggestion, but it's similar and pretty fun XD.
I don't really find the multi-breast thing sexy so I didn't do that one, and I think it made me forget about the milk part all together... I guess I'll have to get extra milky next month to make up for it....
