After  the Reboot of Turkey Head: Rebasted, the original series got another  sequel with Turkey Head part V: Hellbound Giblet. The 5th installment in  the Turkey Head original series, this one continues with the  Thanksgiving themed violence.

Beginning a  few years after the last one, we first see a small montage of the things  Turkey Head had done, showing highlights of the first four movies,  before it cuts to a young girl drawing a hand turkey. Another kid takes  her paper and makes fun of it and she yells at him to stop and her  friend, another little girl, pushes the boy and gets the paper back as  her teacher berates all of them for fighting. It then shows them outside  talking about how the girl gets bullied all the time for drawing  turkeys in class. The little girl's friend asks why she's obsessed with  Turkeys and she says that she's had dreams of Turkey head since she was  little. The little girl's mother shows up to pick her up from school and  it's the Bride of Turkey Head disguised as an average milf. She takes  the little girl home and the friend gets picked up by her older sister.

The  Older sister asks what the girl did that day and the friend tells her  that the little girl always sees Turkey Head in her dreams, and so the  Older sister explains who Turkey head is, scaring the little girl with  the story. She then says that Turkey Head last killed everyone on a  cruise ship and then when Turkey head was escaping she got bombed to  hell by the explosives that the military had when they showed up and  they found her pieces floating around so they knew she was dead. They  get home and the Older sister sees that the girl has a bunch of pictures  of Turkey Head that were drawn before, and one of the pictures shows a  woman swimming away and turkey head being dead in the water. This  intrigues the Older Sister who asks why she drew that and her younger  sister says it was from one of her friends turkey head dreams.

The Older sister gets some of her friends together and they go scope out the house of the little girl.

The  Little girl is home talking to her Mom, who tells her that Thanksgiving  is coming up, and that her other mommy would come to visit her on  Thanksgiving, which excites her. The little girl says she's been really  hungry lately and the mom says it's normal for a growing girl and that  she'll have all she can eat this Thanksgiving. The Little girl draws  more turkeys and the mom goes into the basement where there's a shrine  to Turkey head and there are scraps of flesh, bone and there are parts  of a rotting turkey head. The mom clutches a piece of Turkey Head's hair  and says that they'll be together soon before she places it on a magic  circle on the floor and leaves.

The Older  sister and her friends come over and try to look around the house, but  run into the little girl. She recognizes her friend's sister and invites  them in, even though she's not supposed to. They see that her house is  full of Thanksgiving dishes and she says that it's for her mommy coming  back soon. They look around the house and it looks really empty and like  where someone would hide. They find the basement door is ajar and the  older sister takes pictures of the creepy ritual area. The mom gets home  and the rest of the friends talk to her and explain why they're there,  and they talk loudly enough for the girl to hear them and she sneaks out  the basement window and leaves. They leave and catch up with her, and  they find out that she took the lock of hair from the circle and took  pics of the creepy basement. She says she thinks that maybe the mom is  related to Turkey Head somehow but they think she's crazy. She gets home  and her friends leave and she realizes she dropped her phone. She  quickly goes back alone at night and sneaks back into the basement. She  finds the phone and when she goes to leave she gets knocked out by the  Bride of Turkey Head and wakes up tied to the table. The Bride tells her  that she's exactly what they needed and she makes her eat the hair and  bleed on the ritual symbol, and then stuffs her with food. She explains  that she made a deal with the Devil to be able to bring Turkey Head back  if she provided him with a feast of flesh, and that she will be the  sacrifice.

The little girl hangs out with  her friend who says that her sister is missing. The little girl talks  about how hungry she is lately and they talk more about the situation  with her sister missing, and her friends come over looking for her and  are told that she's missing so they leave. The friend notices the little  girl is missing and she finds her eating a dead bird and tells her she  can't do that.

The friends assume  something is wrong and say they're going to go back to the house to see  if she went back and they're confronted by the mom who says that she  hasn't seen her since the previous day. They don't believe her and so  they wait until she leaves and then sneak into the house. They look  around and find nothing at first, however after they split up, one of  the friends is suddenly attacked by a woman with a Turkey on her head  who bludgeons them. They put up a fight but eventually their head is  smashed like a watermelon. The other friends run and hide in the  basement and while they're down there they hear noises. They find the  Older sister and she's extremely bloated and looks stuffed to explode.  Her mouth is cut open and she has rotten turkey all over her mouth. Her  stomach is moving. They try to help her up, but one of the friends is  grabbed by the mom in the dark and stabbed several times before having  their face crunched by a hammer and falling into the washing machine  where they were drowned. The other three escape, leaving Older sister in  the basement.

One of the girls runs back  to her house and calls the police, who don't believe her, saying Turkey  Head was a myth. She freaks out and lays down, but remembers that Turkey  Head's child is at Older Sister's house so she goes over there quickly.  The police reveal that they actually believed her and an officer, the  brother of the one who was killed in the previous movie. Has flash backs  to finding his brother's corpse, and so he heads there with several  other officers. The Other Girl freaks out and goes to a nearby place  with a lot of people and sits at a diner. She sees Turkey Head's  reflection in a window and freaks out. She gets up and leaves and sees  Turkey Head creeping around several corners before Turkey Head comes out  of nowhere and begins stalking the girl. She runs in front of a car, is  hit and dies. The Third friend goes to a Library and begins looking up  stuff about Turkey Head.

The other girl  gets to the home of Older Sister and collects her, but shuns the child  of Turkey Head, scared of what she may be. She attacks the little girl,  but her friend defends her. She apologizes for it, and as they're  leaving the girl gets attacked by an invisible force, and they can see  in a mirror that it's Turkey Head. She fights it off and ends up being  able to end it by accidentally swinging a cross at it, and then she gets  in the car and drives off, almost hitting her remaining friend who just  ran from the library. He gets in the car and tells them that he found  out there was a survivor of the Turkey Head killings, Turkey Head's  Lesbian wife, and that she was pregnant, and had occult capabilities.  The little girl starts acting weird and acting possessed, trying to bite  everyone.

The police show up at Turkey  Head's home and look around. They make it to the basement to find Older  Sister has exploded. The police follow the footsteps and see a naked  woman standing nearby covered in gore and when they tell her to put her  hands up, Bride of Turkey head emerges and stabs one of the officers  before the bloody girl reveals that she's turkey head and kills the  other cop. Turkey Head and her bride reunite and make out, making love  in the blood and guts and then Turkey Head puts on the turkey mask and  looks up the stairs. She heads up and has a fight with the last officer  and kills him with a rake in the yard.

The  teens take the little girl to a church and they ask her if she's had  dreams on how to kill Turkey head and she says no. They tie her up and  try to do an exorcism which seems to hurt her, and they are suddenly  attacked by Turkey Head who appears in a flash of fire. One of the teens  fights Turkey head and the other gets attacked by the bride. The little  girl also attacks her friend and her friend looks over toward a knife  nearby but doesn't want to stab her friend and instead starts trying to  read the exorcism. During the fight Turkey Head is able to kill the teen  with her electric carver. A priest that was there throws holy water on  Turkey Head and Turkey head burns badly before she crucifies the priest  with a wishbone. The other teen fights the bride of Turkey Head and  kicks her down a flight of stairs where she breaks her leg, and then the  teen throws the weapon she had with great force, to strike the radiator  behind her which blows her up.

The teen  rushes back to find Turkey Head's kid is dead with a stab wound in her  chest and the other girl is crying. She goes to help her escape but  Turkey Head slams her into a wall. They fight in the church as police  cars surround it, and in the end she tricks Turkey head and tackles him  into the holy water where he lights on fire and burns her up too. The  police come in and rescue the little girl as the camera slowly pans  away. They show the little girl being placed into the care of her aunt  and uncle, who both work at NASA, and the movie ends.

After  the credits. The police state how wild that was, and that there was  some crazy occult stuff. They look at the book that was being read from,  and he says that it was open to a spell that could be used to switch  bodies with someone else, and they say that it's crazy that anyone  believes in that sort of shit. The camera then cuts to the little girl  who smiles with pointy teeth, and tells the lady there that she's  hungry. As the lady walks past the little girl's reflection looks like a  Turkey beast of some sort but she shakes it off and walks away. A  moment later Turkey Head and the Bride of Turkey head are sitting next  to her as ghosts. The bride tells her the cycle will begin anew, and the  little girl whispers a rhyme about turkeys before saying happy  thanksgiving.

Another  schlocky Turkey Head movie, this time pertaining to Turkey Head coming  back as a hell creature.... These movies just keep getting more  outlandish... Where will the next one take place? Space?
