"Otherwise, another idea that I can suggest will be a wink to the work of H.P. Lovecraft with the representation of madness, the unknown and the inconceivable. We can combine that with weight gain and horror. The person would become completely crazy and would like more fat, until they do not see reality anymore. A bit like Uzumaki. ^^ Is not easy to explain my idea and i'm feel sorry for that. i just hope you understand a little my ideas ^^''"

This was sort of difficult to come up with, but I knew exactly what he meant. The works of Lovecraft and Junji Ito are among my favorites.

This girl here is names Ashley, and she is an employee at Meaty's Burger Child, a strange fast food place that recently cropped up and has OUTSTANDINGLY DELICIOUS food, even if it is super greasy, and the meat seems sort of strange.
Meaty's gives free food, round the clock, to it's employees, and so Ashley has taken advantage of this for sure and has a few snacks every day there. They unfortunately don't have anything like salad there (Save for beef salad, but that's not quite what she wanted), so she's had to eat fattening french fries and Cheese burgers every day. Usually people tend to get tired of fast food after eating it for a while, but with every sandwich she ate, she liked it more and more and could feel herself longing for another sandwich, and it didn't help that her boss, a strange, lanky, sweaty guy would always encourage her to have as much as she wanted, which she eventually would cave in and do, eating until she felt almost sick. 

With every passing day, she thought of that beef, of that savory grease, and she couldn't escape it. She began hallucinating advertisements for the food everywhere she went, dreaming of them, tasting the food in her dreams and she could smell it no matter how much she washed her clothes. In her dreams, strange, loping beef creatures with rubbery faces would encourage her to eat the flesh, to grow for their mother and provide happy for the young. They horrified her, yet their aroma intoxicated her and she dreamed she ate them too. 

She tried to get away from it, but it kept coming back to her. And as she tried to avoid it, her waistline got thicker and thicker, and soon she couldn't stop at all, She was always eating, even when she was working, and she only wanted more and more, and to grow bigger and bigger. She started to feel things squirming inside of her but assumed it was just her overfilled tummy adjusting. Even so, she knew something was wrong, and would try to stop, but she just couldn't.

Here we see her, having given in completely collapsed in the back room with a box of their meat, shoveling the raw food stuffs into her mouth as her belly creaks getting bigger and bigger, unable to take much more punishment, becoming laden with more and more fat, feeding the wriggling things growing within her. 

Why does their ground beef come in an unrefridgerated box, all lose and not in a package? Why is a piece of it wiggling away? Why is there a little beefy baby peeking out of that pot? Who is that guy lurking behind the boxes?

The world may never know. The only thing we do know, is that you should take cover, because she can only eat a little bit more. One person can only get so fat.
