Here’s a small progress update I’ve managed to squeeze out over the last few days— I’m super excited to introduce you to “my very original character”: Lalamon!
She's a sub-race of foxes, her original color is blue skin and yellow patterns.
She’s still in progress—what’s left is rigging, animation, and then implementation into Unreal Engine. Once that’s done, she’ll finally be able to walk around town with everyone else!
(And don’t worry—if you’re not a fan of her current color pattern or race name, you’ll be able to customize both when starting a new game. So you can always shape her into your own version! Just like the image below!!!)
And, Update time!
According to the priority poll, the barn play implementation should come first.
However, since both the livestock NPCs and Lalamon are also in this month’s lineup, I’ve decided to tackle all the race implementations first for technical convenience. Once that’s wrapped up, I’ll move right into the top-voted feature.
That means you get to choose which new race joins the farm life first!

Sorry for the slight shuffle in order, but this way, the foundation for races will be more stable, and future content will roll out smoother. Can’t wait to see which one you’ll vote in first!

Thanks! If possible, I’d like to keep the use of non-original characters in the game to a minimum. It’s not that I’m completely against it, but there’s always a real risk of copyright infringement, and I probably wouldn’t survive it in the worst-case scenario. I don’t have the right to test the tolerance of those who own famous IPs. Especially with companies like Capcom or Nintendo. They’re a big no-no for me, and I’ve made myself a firm promise never to cross that line. Still, I’m not saying no to creating original characters inspired by popular designs. As long as there’s clear demand in character suggestion posts, I’ll do my best to meet it... With plenty of creative alterations and personal twists.
