Vorinomicon 0.2.20 Floor 2 of the settlement and new systems

Due to sickness We were not able to get as much done as we wqould have hoped but still do have some content to show off. Next update will be on the 15th and the results of the encounter poll will be counted up tomorrow when the extra votes from higher tiers are counted up,

New features:
- Added Amanda into the social tab.
- Finished Rosie multiprey scene if you got eaten alongside Madison.
- Added on the second floor of the ruins settlement.
- Finished about 80% of the clinic, it will be finished next build where you will be able to receive a side quest and progress the main quest.
- Added a new messaging system where you actually reply to the texts that you receive but we have had to change to the messaging system to only be available at rest points as a trade off.
- Added in the first part of a quest where you get scammed out of all money and have to get it back, do not accept it yet as there is no way to get your money back at the moment.
- Starting money boosted to £500.
- Foundation done for putting in some hangout spots.
