I Love to Cook!

This is a picture of my latest culinary success, Chicken in Lemon and Caper Sauce! Little known fact about me, I LOVE to cook. It's not often anyone asks me about my other random hobbies so I never really share my cooking photos. BUT since I have your undivided attention, I'm going to tell you all about it. Cooking is not just about eating to survive, it's an art form that I've learned to appreciate over the years. Each time I finish a new recipe or make a particularly impressive looking dish, I always take a photo and share it with my mom (who is the queen of home cooking and my teacher). So here's my last masterpiece: breaded chicken with a creamy lemon/caper sauce drizzled over top. IF you guys are fans or interested in the recipe, let me know!
