Today I'm going to show you a tutorial on how to make fire using the transparent acetate material! I researched a lot about how to make the fire and found several materials like transparent worbla, pet bottle, etc.
But everything was very out of reach and then I remembered the chocolate shapes that are made of acetate, researching well I discovered that working with it gives basically the same result as worbla and comes out to be much more cheaper!!!

** First I will show the tests that went wrong so you guys don't make the same mistake!

1: I used transparent acetate with thickness of 50 microns. And then I cut it in the shape of a flame.

2: Then I heated part of the strips with thermal blower, as I heated, I bent it in different shapes of curves to give the appearance of flames, but be careful because it gets very hot and holding for a few seconds in the desired format it dries and becomes hard as magic.

3: I used blue stained glass to give the blue gradient effect, but using cotton to apply it did not work! The effect was very ugly ...

4: On the second try I thought about the makeup sponges that give soft effects to the skin, and why would it not work with paint? HMMM THAT WAS RIGHT! BUT, it was not a good idea to bend the acetate and then paint, so I decided to do everything from scratch!

5: This time instead of cutting strip by strip of fire, I decided to make a single piece and then tapping with the makeup sponge, with only two layers, I was able to make a light blue with a dark blue coming out of the center!

Hoje vou mostrar um tutorial de como fazer fogo usando o material acetato transparente! Eu pesquisei muito de como fazer o fogo e achei diversos materiais como worbla transparente, garrafa pet, etc.
Porém tudo era muito fora de alcance e então lembrei das formas de chocolate que são feitos de acetato, pesquisando bem descobri que trabalhar com ele dá basicamente o mesmo resultado do worbla e sai muuuito mais em conta!!!

**Primeiro vou mostrar os testes que deram errado e pra vocês não cometerem o mesmo erro, vejam bem!

1: Eu usei acetato transparente na espessura 50 micras. E então cortei no formato de uma chama.  

2: Em seguida fui aquecendo parte por parde das tiras com soprador térmico, conforme eu aquecia, eu dobrava em formas diferentes de curvas para dar a aparência de chamas, mas tomem cuidado, pois ele fica bem quente e ao segurar por alguns segundos no formato desejado, ele seca e fica durinho como mágica.  

3: Eu utilizei verniz vitral azul para dar o degradê do efeito azul, porém com algodão não deu certo! O efeito ficou bem feio...  

4: Na segunda tentativa eu pensei nas esponjinhas de maquiagem que dão efeitos suaves na pele, e por que não daria certo com tinta? HMMM DEU CERTO! PORÉM, não foi uma boa ideia entortar o acetato pra depois pintar, então resolvi fazer tudo do zero!  

5: Desta vez ao invés de cortar tira por tira dos fogos, resolvi fazer uma única peça e então pintar com batidinhas utilizando a esponja de maquiagem e com apenas duas mãos, consegui fazer um azul claro e escuro saindo do centro!
