Honestly I don't blame Derek for not getting rid of his trailer. Judging by how their relationship has gone so far I'd be more surprised if it didn't happen. I initially thought the same thing as you about the fire alarm just being out there, but it has to be open so it can be pulled in an emergency and tbh I don't think any barrier would have stopped the kid there. Alex is an asshole sometimes. The ease at which he lied to Derek about stealing the patient from Izzie makes him some sort of psychopath I think... George did a really good job with the kid and putting the needle in. He can be good sometimes. I think the stuff with taking him into a surgery was a bit much though. Even without the going into the wrong one, I don't think letting some random person go into a surgery like that should be allowed. Feels like a breach of privacy for the patient Bailey's face when Callie was telling her about the date with Erica was so good. Says so much with no words. Honestly it kinda feels like everything that's happening in this dermatology department should be Cristina's worst nightmare, but it works for the comedy value of these scenes I guess. Bailey's "undiscovered country" speech is a classic. I think she worded it all really well and I'm glad she's so supportive. Honestly I respect Izzie for stealing her surgery back from Alex. Well George is an asshole again. How is he so ignorant of what Lexie is trying to do?

2025-11-03 16:21:03 +0000 UTCBailey was hilarious in this episode. The whole being asked for and later advice on first time lesbian sex. Her advice sounded pretty good too. I loved the reaction of the interns to the alternate world of dermatology. Where everything is warm, pleasant and caring. They just love lotion. Of course this means some poor woman has been waiting in the clinic all day for some fucking lotion only to find out she needed much more than that. And Karev being an asshole, shocker. The only time he shocks me is when he is being nice. You are absolutely right, he can stop being an ass. He choses not to and he is doing it to someone that was trying to help him. The girl dying of cancer was sad. As it tends to be. George being very sweet wit the kid. The faceless dude scene was hilarious. Even you had to look Shan.
