Shawn giving a Christmas gift to torture, poor Lassiter.
Shawn still trying so hard with Jules.
Wow, so many snow globes, again poor Lassiter(it's a little funny though).
Ernie Hudson is Gus's dad and Phylicia Rashad is his mother, good casting for his parents. Wow, the parents really hate Shawn.
There's a half crime they solved, what does that mean, they figured out there was a murder but didn't catch the killer.
Well Lassiter is there, bringing no food and really helping the kids have fun with all his facts.
So they think Gus's dad is the killer, in a comedy crime show, I'm going to guess that he...is the killer, yeah, that's what I'm going to guess and I definitely won't be wrong about it.
Hey, I said I never find the pineapple and I found the pineapple, that was very obvious and right in front of the camera, so...yeah.
Jules invited Lassiter over for dinner once and now he's just always going to come over. Those kids are sore losers and Lassiter is aggressive.
If your a psychic you can come right in, anyone else go away.
Everyone we meet is definitely the killer arrest them immediately.
I was wrong, in this comedy crime show, both of Gus's parents are murderers.
Gus's parents sure do baby him, way to stand up for yourself Gus, that was great.
Gus once again helping solve the case with his super smeller. Gus just bought a confederate flag.
Wow, it's looks like somehow I was wrong and it wasn't Gus's parents that were the murderers, I'm so surprised.
This was a decent episode, it had some good funny bits and family moments, the case was alright but not that surprising...wait, I mean it was totally surprising.

Lassy: "The Dutch version of Santa uses slaves to deliver the presents"
Incorrect... There's 2 celebrations in the Netherlands that take place during the month of December
One being X-mas with the regular old Santa.. And is celebrated on the 25th and 26th of December as the 1st and 2nd day of chrimmus (the 24th is sometimes also celebrated) ...It's the same kinda celebration as is held in the rest of the world and it follows the whole "Santa delivers his presents by going down the chimney" and all that kinda stuff
We also have "Sinterklaas" which is celebrated earlier.. On the 5th of December ...Same as with Santa ...Sinterklaas delivers the presents by going down the chimney
Sinterklaas is based on Saint Nicholas of Myra who apparently lived between the year 270 and 343 and was a generous person who liked to bring gifts to people
The Dutch who were already celebrating Saint Nicholas brought his image and story to New Amsterdam (which later became New York) in the 17th century ...And that's how said celebration got introduced to America
The story and the image of Santa and Sinterklaas are quite similar ...Although Santa did get a bit of an image upgrade thanks to Coca Cola ..He looked more like Sinterklaas before that
But... As with everything ...Over hundreds of years ...Stories change
It appears Lassy (the writers) got confused by the two cause Sinterklaas does supposedly have a bunch of slaves working for him ...I say supposedly cause from what I've found through doing some research ...Saint Nicholas DIDN'T have slaves working for him
This part of his supposed background story didn't come about until the late 1800's when someone depicted him having demonic servants as helpers ...The image/interpretation of those helpers then for SOME. reason got turned into people with charcoal black skin and made it seem that Saint Nicholas had slaves... And the supposed slaves in the later version of the Dutch celebration of Sinterklaas are called Zwarte Piet (Black Pete)
In recent years the Sinterklaas celebration has been altered a bit cause people understandably got upset by the interpretation of the servants... Which.. Like I stated above.. IF. people DID. the research ..They'd find out it wasn't even correct ...In fact ...Saint Nicholas originally didn't even HAVE. servants from what I could find ...It was just HIM. being a generous guy who liked giving gifts
In the end ...And only until just a handful of years ago and merely cause people can't do their own research ...Black Pete was changed into Soot Pete and is no longer depicted as a person with pitch black skin but rather a person who has soot on their face cause of going down chimneys ...Which honestly is much better and makes much more sense anyways
Confused? ...Well like I said ...Hundreds of years will change the narrative quite a bit and if given another couple hundred years ...NONE. of it will make sense anymore
Imagine if there was a story about us and how that story would change over hundreds of years ...All of a sudden you'd be depicted having ACTUAL. cat ears and I would be depicted as much less cool and handsome than I actually was ...It wouldn't make sense Froots!
But anyways ...There you have it... The explanation you didn't even want or needed ...But I wouldn't be me if I didn't have my bestie needlessly suffer through reading all this for my own selfish amusement
Thanks, me ...You're welcome, me. *pats me on the back*
