2025-12-15 15:38:56 +0000 UTCI was just reminded of another Muppet Christmas movie you might not know about that you could watch next year - A Muppet Family Christmas(1987). There is also a muppet/John Denver Christmas Special (19879). It's even better than The Muppet Christmas Carol. I'm sure it's on Disney+, but there's also an HD version on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpkazaseqEw&t=1899s

2025-12-14 23:56:52 +0000 UTC(The Following Post Is A Work Of *Satire*, It Is Just A Joke / Not Meant To Be Taken Literally. I have no ill against any of the voters, I'm just being creative and think viral movie trends need a little skewering.) Ahh, the Voters' Infinite Wisdom parade blows through town again. (I say as I seriously cannot wait for Silent Night, Deadly Night. I know I predicted Ashleigh wouldn't like Children of the Corn and even I laughed like I was watching Troll 2 for the very first time. But, whatever happens, Silent Night Deadly Night will be a time we'll all have. And - this time - I'm here for it.) What cinematic indigestion did they select this time? Violent Night... That "classic" as timeless as Hot Frosty and that offensive Australian movie about incels kidnapping and s**ually assaulting their babysitter (I won't repeat the name, it was a very popular Reactors movie and all the reactors became visibly angry throughout; several rightfully cursed out the movie entirely). The d-list burp of a Comic Con fad pity-pick barely more popular than that Mel Gibson movie where a rich kid tries to have Santa assassinated. I won't say "Good Times," because... they weren't. (Krampus wasn't enough spiked rotten egg nog for y'all?) What's next, voters? That Chad Michael Murray Christmas movie... wait, I just Googled and he's done like a dozen. My bad: that Christmas movie where Chad Michael Murray becomes a g-rated male stripper? Which I would be down for if the "G" suddenly became an "X." But, for real- you all? Even Melissa Joan Hart and Mario Lopez (dressed in full Colonel Sanders' cosplay) are judging you right now. Thanks for the reminder that I have my own festivities planned and I should be sleeping right now, thinking happier thoughts. Happier thoughts? Well, at least Fast and the Furious didn't win. And, even though I wanted Dudley Moore Santa Claus 1985 to win- there's still no guarantee Ashleigh would have liked it. And, McDonalds' and Coca-Cola *are* evil incarnate and they don't deserve anymore even-indirect free publicity this or any other holiday season.

2025-12-07 06:03:18 +0000 UTCYear Without a Santa Claus/Santa Claus is Coming to Town and Violent Night keep swapping first and second place. I hope maybe you'll do both (especially if Violent Night wins - you had such a good time with Frosty and Charlie Brown, and these Rankin/Bass specials will totally win your heart!)
