She was one of the most successful pop singers of the last century, selling more than 100 million records worldwide. She also was in a few films, mostly comedies with music. I'd recommend the 1960, spring break comedy "Where the Boys Are."

One of the other guys in the band, Flea also did another movie with Keanu Reeves. It’s called My Own Private Idaho and also stars River Phoenix. It’s a really good movie that not a lot of people have seen.
