I have thought about this too, although of course the problem then becomes that the people who are paying for the top tier don't have a spot, since the four of them are paying to fill four weeks a month (unless the month has five Fridays in it). I guess one of the single-payers could take up a Monday, but then the other Patrons lose some of their voting power. Although, if any of the top-tier Patrons want to trade one of their picks in exchange for $100...maybe the best idea is to just make friends with all of them. ;)
