This week is a sweet, wholesome, week where you where you will repeat the mantra I have given you; "I am not a burden, I am important"
You can write this down on paper, or, you can use my writeforme link (the access code is princessdulci).
I've also made two audio's with the mantra being repeated (You are not a burden, You are important), both tracks are "loopable" and there's one with music and one without. So if you'd like to listen to this daily, that's acceptable ;)
