I agreed with your assessment of Mary. Looks way to innocent, but have been bantering with some of the writers/devs on Discord. Probably wasn't spoilerish, so shouldn't catch any flack for posting this. They say Mary is supposed to look more innocent, so Alexia would want to befriend her but is meant to be like a trap. wtflollerskates up higher is most likely on the right track. If Mary is a trap for Alexia, to lure her down the girl on girl path, Jezera is pulling the strings.
