I decided to go with Yu's/the protagonist's room instead of the velvet room as I figured it'd be more interesting (and I didn't want to draw the VR again haha). Unfortunately... his room is kinda dull lol. Oh well, it's not a place you ever see Margaret so it may go with the alternate look!
One thing I noticed when working on this piece is Margaret is... flatter in official art than I tend to imagine her. Maybe it's the empress vibes that make me imagine her a bit bustier lol. Though you need to remember Soejima draws characters lanky as well...
Regardless, I drew her bust tighter bound in her outfit to be more faithful. The considerations of an anime artist.

I agree with what you said. It is a crime her hair is not down more often. Apart from Rise, from next favorite ship is Yu x Margaret particularly because she’s the only confirmed kiss. I love Margaret as an even bigger tease too hahaha
