This marks the first main illustration where I've majorly changed my process based on ongoing thoughts and positive feedback I've been getting. I'm foregoing proper lineart for a more free/painterly style while keeping graphical aspects and outlines on characters. There's... some growing pains here as I try it fully for the first time but I think the result came out pretty nice :)
This way of illustrating allows me to make adjustments a lot more freely so I'm looking forward to developing the style further.
