Well, sort of a devlog. I said in the previous post that I was testing out Unreal Engine. So far this is what I have got. It's better than Daz3d in a number of areas. Having more lights doesn't decrease performance massively. Same with volumetric light. Animations are also much smoother.
I know there are quite a lot of concerns over the requirements to run an Unreal Engine game, because many other Unreal Engine games on F95 are terribly optimised. I am aware of that and I am trying to avoid that. When I have more content for the first demo, we will see if this is feasible.
Anyway, I don't even know if this is doable on my end. Making a game in Unreal Engine is far more difficult than just making visual novels. I have a lot of things to learn. This is really just an experiment at this stage.
