References to the “only 3 mics” days hurt me a little because early on I’d established my own WHM headcannon that Chris and Eric (who seemed to rotate in and out the most) were in some horrible blood feud and would only appear together for a movie they both truly loved. As always, the reality was much more mundane.

Never thought I'd have to use my automotive expertise to define "steptruck" but here I am: As a ford man I will use the Thunderbird as an example of steptruck. The eleventh generation of thunderbird shares the same platform as Jaguar which they developed together. These are two very different families of automotive manufacturers. So an F150 could fuck a Thunderbird even though they are both Fords since the Thunderbird comes from a Jaguar making them steptrucks. Does this make sense? I would not classify a Lincoln or Mercury as steptrucks, I would call these cousin trucks to Ford since they share the same body styles and manufacturer.

I had the weirdest misremembering if the opening of this movie. As a kid I could have sworn Jo's dad was played by Jim Varney. Really changed the tone of that scene imaging Ernest surfing that door up to heaven!
