Added 2023-08-28 19:58:32 +0000 UTCHey gang, we know it's been a long time coming, but you asked for it and now it's here! It's the all-new We Hate Movies Archive, available in a much easier-to-navigate, private RSS feed! Eat shit, Google Drive!
It definitely needed to happen, and we finally had the bandwidth to put it together, but now you can enjoy the WHM Archive (WHMA) simply by pasting this all-new RSS address into the pod-catcher app of your choice! This private RSS has been made special for YOU, the loyal Patreon subscriber!
For folks just joining us, the WHMA is where you'll find everything we have from the origins and early years of WHM: from our greenest episodes (not including the pilot) where we're barely coherent and have had way too many tall glasses of water before and during recording—all the way up to when we shifted platforms the first time and decided to definitely conduct ourselves like professional adults from then on out! After that point—episode 109 is where this archive stops—everything else is still available on the main feed.
The WHMA also contains early episodes of Animation Damnation, old archived On-Screens that happened before we revamped that to On-Screen Live, the rare WHM Interview episode, some old episodes of A Side Order of Sleaze, the Mission: Impossible-a-thon, and more!
We hope you enjoy scouring the archives and digging through old material. It's nuts that this show has been going so long now that we even need an archive! But thanks to devoted listeners like you, here we are.
Now, you may be asking yourselves, Hey, there's clearly stuff missing! Well, if you see anything that's missing from this list, it's likely because it's already available on our main feed in rerun form or otherwise. Be sure to doublecheck the WHM Prime episode list on our website whenever you can't find something.

2023-09-25 19:32:37 +0000 UTCCool it's harder to download eps for all Patreon creators. you need to click the episode and the download link only appears there, and the episode webpage. there is no download link when you viewing an account scroll. for new patrons, they might want the excel file of all eps which is easier too look at Animation Damnations you want to watch, or star trek. but if patrons don't use excel file not really worth time maintaining a public copy.

2023-09-18 13:06:49 +0000 UTCHey Derek -- Sorry you're having issues, but just for clarification, you could never listen to the Archive episodes in the Patreon app or on Spotify—ever. Before this RSS feed, you could only ever listen to those archived episodes (episodes 2-109) out of a janky Google Drive folder that, yes, was linked to in a pinned post on our Patreon and was accessible via the Patreon app, but the Patreon app itself never had these episodes available directly. What app do you use to listen to podcasts that aren't on Patreon? Like Apple Podcasts or Pocketcasts, for example. Those are the apps where this new RSS feed functions. Literally any of those you can use to paste this RSS feed and get listening. The only app that doesn't currently allow you to paste outside RSS feeds is Spotify, because it's not at the moment designed for that, but again, our Archive was never available on Spotify. If you don't want or can't figure out adding the RSS feed to whichever podcast app you use, you can still stream every single Archive episode directly from this web page here: https://sites.libsyn.com/482463 -- just paste this into whatever web browser you use (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and you're good. But just to clarify again, before this RSS feed was created, the only place you were ever getting those old episodes was out of a Google Drive folder, they were never available via the Patreon app directly. It seems like the site I linked to above might be the way to go. I hope this was helpful and we thank you for the support all the same! Andrew

2023-09-18 11:53:46 +0000 UTCIv done every step i can do and nothing.. why do i have to download other apps to listen to the archive i payed 8 bucks to in this app... and dont send me the link to the archive link in this app because it gives me a whopping 4 eps to listen to pretty weak. been listening to this for years on spotify to which i also pay for so ill just cut my losses and keep litening there.
