Animation Damnation - Noozles

On this month's Animation Damnation, the guys are chatting about the totally off-the-wall cartoon, Noozles! The episode in question, "A Wonderful Friendship," which originally aired July 7th, 1984, was the pilot of this bonkers bit of animation and features classic cartoon crackups like: exploring deep sea disasters, elderly women hoping to wrangle wild animals as pets, grandfathers that vanish into thin air, flying koala bears with a real bloodlust, and a little girl whose life is endangered no less than 3 times in the 21-minute episode! PLUS: This grandma gets down at the VFW!

This episode is available, possibly, on Daily Motion.

Thanks so much for digging on this weird thing called We Hate Movies and be sure to spread the word! Your support is what keeps this train moving!

FYI, I found multiple titles for this episode, including "A Friend from Down Under" and "A New Friend." I found it with the latter title on YouTube.

I’m checking everywhere online and I can’t find the episode “ a wonderful friendship” anywhere!

Tyler the Destroyer

I had memories of this show mixed with the other Koala show they aired at the same time called Adventures of the Little Koala.

Gina Wells

I remember this from when I was a kid, but I would have sworn that it was a dream I had to. Thanks for finding it

Hi Adam, you need to log in on a desktop computer or laptop (not mobile) and go to the Page Overview, Patreon.com/WeHateMovies and it should be on the right side of the screen. You can copy and paste it from there, send it to yourself and input it into the pod catcher of your choice. Or you can download the Patreon app to download episodes to your phone for on the go. Hope this helps! - Eric

I honestly feel validated by this episode existing because for a long time I couldn't even remember what this show was called and whenever I tried to explain it to people no one seemed to remember it or believe that it even existed and thought I was crazy.

How do I get rss feed off here? I'm sure it's been answered but I can't seem to use the old guides to find it.. sorry folks.

It was a light and fluffy show that wasnt afraid to get batshit insane and weirdly dark. I mean more insane than this episode.

rienrien

The Wuzzles has such an insane premise, I think you'll enjoy the body horror
