Mercy - New Render
Added 2020-06-07 19:27:40 +0000 UTCSooooo... I'm really not to happy with this one. It was going to be an animation but I was stupid and decided to do it in the pool in Ilios Lighthouse which has water and caustics which EEVEE can't do very well (if it can I don't know how yet).
I can't render it in Cycles because it will take a lot of time which I can't spare because I need to use my PC for work. Etc, etc, etc.
Anyway. Long story short here is a Cycles still from the animation. I'll render maybe 2 more out and add them soon. I've also attached the animation done in EEVEE, but be warned. It is pretty awful. I cut it short and just mirrored it to repeat when I realised EEVEE wasn't going to cut it in terms of rendering.
This animation is staying exclusive to Patreon I wouldn't normally release it, but I want to show that there are lots of things I try that never see the light of day.
Note: Both the awful animation & the render are in the archive for those with access.
Edit: Added a second render to this. I hadn't noticed before but there are a few issues with the Ultimate Mercy model. That didn't change the animation sucks because I failed, just hadn't noticed the issues previously.
