Hi Patrons!

Join us for our Naked! Live-Stream Yoga OR Pilates on Tuesday, February 9 at 3:00PM PST. YOU VOTED, and we're doing an Advanced Intermediate Yoga & Pilates class for 75 minutes.

"Advanced Intermediate" means that the level of the class will be somewhere between Intermediate and Advanced, or on the "Advanced" end of "Intermediate."

At this level, I assume you have a regular and very strong yoga and Pilates practice. You are very well-practiced in the beginner and intermediate yoga asana postures, have a strong understanding of the vocabulary, and practice the advanced system in Pilates. If you're a beginner, this definitely won't be the class for you. If you're usually practicing more intermediate classes and want a challenge, feel free to give this a try, but alter postures/take breaks when needed. We'll be moving quickly, and I'll spend almost no time explaining the setup and technique of the poses, and I'll just explain a little of the Pilates exercises before you flow on your own.
