The show that bridged the gap between Ricky Gervais show and Cumtown was actually Norm Macdonald Live. There’s about 35 episodes in total and it’s genius, but Netflix had it wiped from Youtube because they had their own unfunny tame version of Norm’s talk show. You can still find them online if you do some digging. Btw Bonnie Macfarlane is the wife of Rich Vos, an infamous regular guest of The Opie & Anthony show. He’s the one with the lisp.
