I decided to take the plunge for the new year and go all in on art, thanks to you guys and the trial period of last year I'm making just enough to fully support myself from art!

Now I understand the concern because I have it too, Popularity rises and falls and I might not be able to do this forever, and I do understand that <3

But if worst comes to worst its not like I just can't get another job, I think having that monkey off my back is going to be a hell of a lot lighter on my soul and I can actually take the time to do things in my life ive been too stressed/tired to get done.

Either way, regardless if I was drawing or not I needed to quit that place. So not only did the cut the raises generally treat us bad and steal my PTO but they also started ignoring my availabilities and getting mad at me for it so that place was toxic and after 12 years I think I put in my due time lol.

BUT I'm hoping this will free up my mental space to actually get some more art done, focus more on comics, and really push me to get better and better. This month has been crappy for a lot of reasons but I think its undeniable I learned a lot and my art is showing a lot of improvement.

I got like 5 Marrin short stories in the works but I just didnt have time with everything going on and things are starting to look a a little better in my life.

My mucus problem is still really bad since the pneumonia cleared up but at least I can breath good and im getting less tired. My dishwasher started working again, thank God, I was able to find family to help take care of my lawn, which I couldnt because the hurricanes crushed my equipment with a big tree, and I was able to FINALLY get some kind of health insurance for next year.

I still have a backyard to rebuild but besides that lifes looking better and I would like to try and focus on art without worry for a minute. So expect good things and lots of new pics while I try and practice every day!

I love you guys so much, thanks for making my dream a reality, I will try my best every day to earn my keep to be where I am with you, dont feel obligated to stay if I cant live up to what you want out of me and I would love feedback whenever possible, Im going to get back to it and I hope you enjoy whatever we do going forward <3
