Split Kickin’ It - with no yoga pants (or any pants)
Added 2023-03-26 00:39:16 +0000 UTCA few weeks back with my friend Brian Coones in Nederland Colorado. You think he just has a good view but is actually focusing on not dropping me and helping me keep from falling to one side or another. On top of the view. It’s hard work.
I actually refrained from sharing this when I shot it because of the god damned lamp. I had a pretty narrow prime lens on and had the camera all the way in the kitchen! We were doing a few sequences before this and decided I should click some pics. It wasn’t a situation where my options where wrong lens and right lens, but rather wrong lens or don’t shoot it at all. So here we are ;) I even spent quite a while photoshopping the lamp out, finding an image of my pointed foot, ‘shopping it in, and still didn’t like it and threw the whole thing out.
This was a house sitting gig. They had a sauna on their deck. It was amazing. This was pre-me getting COVID and pre-stomach infection so I’m staring at this in awe.

Haha! And I actually did know it was there at the time, but there was nothing to be done about it short of removing the lamp from the ceiling

I have a few photos I’ve taken where I didn’t notice something until I’m looking at them later…
