All I can think is getting your channel back gives you the confidence to believe lightening won’t strike twice….My brothers football coach was one of the few people in the world to have been hit by lightening twice and it was in the same field so no one is safe!

Just saw this post. I like Jody but feel there’s there’s a hint of arrogance or at least snobbishness about him on occasions. I sense he might not take so kindly to a newer but potentially rival channel giving him advice even if you’re just doing it out of the kindness of your heart, especially on a public YouTube post.

If you were a copyright lawyer who had dealt with YouTube representing channels that have been deactivated than they might pay attention. That’s why i keep posting a hashtag #notalawyer on your videos where you talk about this since it’s clearly your non legal advice you are trying to share. Honestly, if it was me I would possibly look at your comment but I would seek my own independent legal advice before taking advice from one of my competitors. Trust but verify is my motto.
