Hello Friends!

A Thursday Update does seem random, but I wanted to finalize all the details instead of posting 2 updates during the week.

So without further ado, I am excited to announce 2 new series exclusive to Patrons!

House of A24 will feature Claira and I discussing the best (and sometimes the worst) A24 movies! The first episode will release next Wednesday (March 29th, 2023) and its a discussion on Uncut Gems. Future episodes will be chosen via poll by the Patrons in Film Fan tier and above!

House of Horrors will feature myself and frequent collaborator of the podcast, Sydney Volpe, discussing horror topics and specific horror movies! Each episode will end with a listener Q&A.

Here are some of the logistics:

Each month, 2 episodes of House of A24 and 2 episodes of House of Horrors will be released on a Wednesday.
The episodes will be released every other week. (Week 1- A24, Week 2- Horrors, Week 3- A24, Week 4- Horrors)
House of MCU (Previously Journey Into the MCU), will still release 4 times each month, once a week.
Yes, that is a total of 8 episodes per month exclusive to Patrons. (don't get tired of us)
Public episodes will still be at the minimum of 1 per week. Sometimes 2, depending on if time permits!
As always, I will provide a schedule at the beginning of the week, hopefully to avoid confusion.

Why are we doing this?

A fair question, but it boils down to one thing, giving patrons a variety of options. While Claira and I are loving the MCU series, we completely understand the MCU is not for everyone. So to ensure that Patrons are getting the most bang for the buck, we brought in Sydney and added these 2 new series to really make this Patreon worthwhile.

And that's about it! We are super stoked to get these episodes out to you. With the recent rumblings of TikTok being banned, we are obviously a little nervous and so we hope that this podcast can always be a way for people to have fun with movies new and old.
