And not all of it is tested.

Jeni will also go back Home after her interview.

Carl will need an investor also to progress. currently either Albert or Ace.
Carl will also need to have interviewed all 4 girls to progress the scene further
Carl needs to sleep in his room twice for Mira to finish the Cafe outfits.
If Carl prevented Holly x Scene a Holly x Mira x Carl scene is possible after finishing cafe outfits.
If Carl Prevented Alma x Tom scene and advanced Alma quest a bit, and Alma Violet Carl H scene is available starting from the Bar.
If Carl failed to stop Holly H scene with Max, and also Failed to stop Alma H scene with Tom, then a Mira H scene will be available
also an additional H animation will appear in her store Menu.
This is basically Mira's story/romance route
redid the scene with Carl asking for the panty from Jeni.
I think you should still be able to steal them if she isn't there.
Maybe pastime needs to be active. It's not tested.
Or you can wait for her to go back home after interviewing her.
